The Opportunity

DM-X EngineProtector™ — the world's first alkaline-based Extreme Pressure lubricant additive, awarded the 1999 Product of the Year by Hart's Lubricants World — and DM-X 200™, the fuel chemistry validated at the Translational Energy Research Centre, University of Sheffield, are not sold at trade counters or available through general distribution. They are manufactured and controlled by DM-XTechnologies Inc., the Philippines-domiciled global IP owner. PurePowerDrive is the authorised consumer service arm of that same group.

When you become a PurePowerDrive partner, you are not purchasing a product you could find elsewhere and calling it something new. You are receiving licensed access to a proprietary protocol, backed by the corporate group that owns the intellectual property at its source. No competitor can lawfully replicate the service under the same claims — the Hart's award, the Sheffield validation, the alkaline EP chemistry, the tribochemical film mechanism. These belong to the group.

The programme launches in two tiers: a Certified Operator License for operators within the Philippines, and a Master License for country-level partners in Southeast Asia. Both are structured to protect territorial exclusivity, enforce service quality, and align the partner's commercial success with the group's standards.

Tier 01 — Philippines

Certified Operator License

Metro Manila · Cebu · Davao · Clark · Iloilo · Other key cities

An annual license granting the right to operate under the PurePowerDrive brand and protocol within an exclusive defined territory. Product supply is provided directly from DM-XTechnologies Inc. at a controlled transfer price. Standards are enforced by quarterly audit and supply continuity.

The Certified Operator License is the entry instrument for the Philippines. Strong operators may be offered a full franchise agreement following a minimum 24-month performance period.

Tier 02 — Southeast Asia

Master License

Singapore · Kuala Lumpur · Jakarta · Other key markets

A country-level license granting the right to operate PurePowerDrive within a national territory and, where the business case warrants it, to sub-license to local operators under the same quality standards. The Master Licensee is responsible for territory management, regulatory compliance, and product logistics within their country.

Target markets are selected for luxury vehicle density, service market maturity, and alignment with DM-XTechnologies Inc.'s regional expansion roadmap. Master License holders participate in regional partner forums and have first-right-of-refusal on adjacent territories.

What Every Partner Receives

Everything required to operate the service at the standard the brand demands.

Brand License and Visual Identity

The right to operate under the PurePowerDrive name and to use the full visual identity — wordmark, crown device, livery standards, and service documentation templates. All creative assets are provided in production-ready formats.

Operations Manual and Service Protocol

The complete written protocol for every phase of the Royal Power Tuneup — Diagnostic Audit, Repairs Quote, the five-part engine restoration, Verification, and the Royal Assurance Programme. Covers vehicle intake, documentation standards, lab sample handling, and client communication at every step.

Master Technician Training and Certification

A structured training programme covering DM-X product chemistry, correct application procedure, dynamometer interpretation, UK lab sample protocols, and service quality standards. Certification is required before any service may be offered under the PurePowerDrive brand. Recertification is annual.

Controlled Supply of DM-X Products

Protected access to DM-X EngineProtector™ and DM-X 200™ sourced directly from DM-XTechnologies Inc. at controlled transfer pricing. No partner may source these products through third-party channels. Supply continuity is guaranteed for the duration of the license agreement.

No-Cure-No-Pay Framework

The guarantee that defines the service is extended to licensed operators, with corporate-level support during the initial operating period. Partners receive clear vehicle eligibility criteria, exclusion conditions, and the internal claims framework to manage the guarantee consistently and sustainably.

UK Laboratory Verification Access

Integration into the UK-accredited tribology laboratory network used for the Founder's Series and all standard Royal Power Tuneups. Partners follow the same certified sample submission and reporting process, producing independent UK lab reports that carry the same evidentiary weight as the originating service.

Marketing System and Launch Support

Turnkey marketing assets: landing page templates, WhatsApp CRM integration, social content templates, and a local launch plan co-developed with the PurePowerDrive team. Partners are not expected to re-invent the positioning — it has been established and tested at the origin market.

Quarterly Quality Audit and Ongoing Support

Every licensed operator undergoes a quarterly review covering service documentation, dyno verification records, lab report consistency, and client outcome data. Audit results are confidential to the operator and DM-XTechnologies Inc. The audit is a condition of license renewal — and a benefit, not a burden: it is the mechanism that protects the brand's claim.


Corporate Backing

The IP owner is also the service operator. That is not a common arrangement.

DM-XTechnologies Inc.

The Philippines-domiciled global IP owner of DM-X EngineProtector™ and DM-X 200™. All patents, trade secrets, and proprietary chemistry are controlled at this level. No competitor has access to the same IP through any commercial channel. The IP owner and the service operator are the same group — which means every partner's product supply is backed at source.

02 · Technology Validation

Hart's Award & Sheffield

DM-X EngineProtector™ was awarded the 1999 Product of the Year by Hart's Lubricants World — the most prestigious recognition in the global lubricants industry at the time, and a rigorous technical evaluation. DM-X 200™ was validated at the Translational Energy Research Centre, University of Sheffield, achieving a 98.4% reduction in soot mass in independent jet engine testing. These are not marketing claims. They are documented, independently verified results.

03 · Corporate Structure

Investment-Grade Architecture

DM-XTechnologies Inc. operates a global corporate structure through two independent, regionally licensed entities: DM-XTech UK Ltd. (UK/EU licensee, Series A pathway) and DM-XTech Americas Holdings, Inc. (US/LatAm licensee, US SPAC pathway). PurePowerDrive partners in Southeast Asia operate within the Philippines and APAC sphere of DM-XTechnologies Inc. — the corporate mothership, not a subsidiary or licensee.


Ideal Partner Profile

We are not looking for the most applicants. We are looking for the right ones.

Philippines — Certified Operator

  • Existing premium automotive service business with an established client base, or an entrepreneurial operator with a demonstrable background in luxury service or fleet management
  • Access to a suitable service facility: minimum bay space, dynamometer access (owned or arranged), and a controlled environment for product application
  • Commitment to the full training and certification programme — including the technician who will perform the service, not a proxy
  • Financial capacity for initial stock, facility fit-out to brand standards, and operating capital for a 6-month ramp period
  • Willingness to operate transparently: full documentation, lab sample compliance, and audit participation are non-negotiable
  • Alignment with the No-Cure-No-Pay principle — operators who are uncomfortable guaranteeing their results are not the right fit

Southeast Asia — Master Licensee

  • Established business with existing presence in the premium or luxury consumer market in the target country — automotive, hospitality, financial services, or adjacent sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sub-licensees, enforce standards, and operate within a franchise or licensing structure
  • Local regulatory knowledge and the capacity to manage product import and distribution within the national market
  • Financial standing appropriate for a national territory investment — fee structure, working capital, and the cost of building a local operator network
  • Senior leadership with personal commitment to the programme — Master License candidates are evaluated at principal level, not delegated to a business development team
  • Long-term orientation: Master License holders are expected to be partners for a minimum of five years, not a quick commercial arrangement

General automotive workshops seeking an additional product to add to their counter are not the right fit for this programme. The Royal Power Tuneup is not a product — it is a documented, verified outcome. Every partner must be prepared to stand behind that outcome with the same no-cure-no-pay principle that defines the service. If that is a concern, we are not the right programme for you, and we will tell you so plainly in the qualification conversation.


The Process

From first contact to your first service.

Register Interest

Contact the Royal Concierge via WhatsApp. Briefly describe your territory of interest, your current business background, and what drew you to the programme. No documentation required at this stage.

Qualification Conversation

A direct conversation with PurePowerDrive senior management — not a sales call. We will ask about your business, your facility, your financial position, and your understanding of the service. We will also answer every question you have honestly.

Territory Assessment

Review of your proposed territory: luxury vehicle population, existing competition, market readiness, and logistics for DM-X product supply. We will tell you honestly if we believe the territory is viable — or not yet ready.

Agreement in Principle

Subject to mutual satisfaction following the qualification process, a Letter of Intent is issued reserving your territory while the formal license agreement is prepared. Full fee structure and financial model provided at this stage.

Training and Certification

Your Master Technician undergoes the full PurePowerDrive certification programme — chemistry, protocol, dynamometer interpretation, lab sample handling, and documentation standards. No service may be performed before certification is complete.

Supervised Soft Launch

Your first three services are performed under direct oversight from a PurePowerDrive senior technician. This is not optional — it is the mechanism by which we verify that the training has translated into consistent execution. Client results from this period are documented and reviewed jointly.

Certified Operator Status

Following successful soft launch verification, you are confirmed as a Certified Operator or Master Licensee. Territory rights are formalised, ongoing product supply commences, and you are listed in the PurePowerDrive partner directory.

Quarterly Audit Cycle

Ongoing quality reviews every quarter — documentation, dyno records, lab sample compliance, and client outcome data. Audit participation is a condition of license renewal and the mechanism that protects the value of your territory exclusivity.
